Terms of Service

By submitting a request, you agree to our standard service agreements. All projects are subject to our service terms and payment policies.

Payment & Billing Policies

  • Project Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to begin any project ($750 for The Blueprint or $1,500 for The Forge).
  • Infrastructure Fees: The $100/mo fee covers infrastructure, hosting, security patching, and uptime monitoring. It does not include content updates or feature development.
  • Maintenance Labor: Requests for content changes, design adjustments, or new functionality are billed separately at our current hourly rate of $150/hr.
  • Recurring Billing: Recurring monthly invoices of $100 will begin the month following project completion, processed securely via Stripe.
  • Late Payments: We provide a one-month grace period for late payments before infrastructure services are suspended.

Service Scope

The "Forge" Definition: Under "The Forge" package, the "5 Core Pages" limit refers to 5 unique functional page templates. Additional unique templates or complex custom features outside the initial build scope will be quoted as custom development.
